A quick cookbook cover commission. The idea was to echo an old fashioned church cookbook while still being elegant. Considering the quick turn around, I'm pretty pleased.

Baby portrait commission - literally. I like the contrast between the blocks of shapes making up the pillows and sheets against the concentration of strokes used for the face. That and I am always a fan of feathered edges. This was a nice change of pace and something I might come back to later.

Since I can't show you... well, anything that I'm working on right now because of contractual agreements. Have a quick portrait of TR. Teddy!

some older drawings and sketches. The first is from a large batch of drawings from last year, done for pleasure. The second, some sketches from several years ago for fun. I think I was trying to design a seal for myself. I needed them as reference for a recent project and scanned them! Fun!

Back at home for a bit of the summer. Waging war with the catbirds over the blueberry bushes and enjoying myself.
